A passionate Filipino entrepreneur and LGBTQ+ advocate, owner of Angelato, a unique gelato brand based in Austria. Inspired by the vibrant flavors of his homeland, Angelato offers homemade, 100% vegan and lactose-free gelato featuring traditional Filipino ingredients like mango, ube (purple yam), and coconut. As the country’s coordinator for the Filipino LGBTQ+ community in Austria, Angelo champions inclusivity not only through his advocacy work but also by creating a welcoming, diverse food experience that celebrates culture and compassion. Blending authentic taste with plant-based innovation, Angelo’s creations bring a tropical twist to Austria’s dessert scene—deliciously inclusive and refreshingly original.
